Nothing is deleted. Your plan's features — including your live schedule and teacher logins — keep working for 7 days after your subscription ends (or a payment can't be collected), and you'll see a reminder with the date. After that, the live schedule shows as unavailable and teachers lose access until you re-subscribe, which picks up right where you left off.

A studio is a single location with its own rooms, instructors, and schedule. Franchise locations with different schedules each count as one studio.
Yes — the Pro plan and above includes instructor logins. Invite instructors by email and they get their own portal to see their schedule, take attendance, write end-of-session evaluations, call off a class or a whole day, and request availability changes — which you approve from your dashboard.
Student records and attendance tracking are included on Starter and above — if you teach every class yourself, you don't need instructor logins to use them. If you have other instructors, upgrade to Pro so they can log in and manage rosters and attendance for their own classes too.
Starter and above. You can plan your next session while the current one runs — copy this session's classes or start blank — and it goes live automatically on its start date. Starter also includes end-of-session evaluations (a recommendation and notes per student) and carrying students into next session's classes in one review. On Pro, your instructors can write evaluations for their own classes too.
Cue is Cadence's AI scheduling assistant, included on Pro and above. Ask it to cancel a class or substitute an instructor (for one week or several), find an open slot and add a one-off lesson, or how to do something in the app — every schedule change it suggests is a draft you review and confirm yourself before anything actually changes.
